Job Description

  • As part of our expansion effort, we are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition or Tech Recruiter who can help hire a world-class team of engineering and product talents for our European hub in Berlin. You will be tasked to fill in a rapidly growing list of vacancies including product managers, mobile developers, back-end developers, etc. 

Qualifications

  • Tech focused hiring. Enable the business' tech teams to achieve their goals through delivery of exceptional technical talent 
  • Full cycle recruitment. Own the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer and stakeholder management across Yassir
  • Candidate experience. Ensure that candidates are given the proper support and attention while building lasting relationships regardless of the outcome
  • Passive sourcing. Creatively attract talent with outreach across various platforms and channels
  • Leverage data to better understand all recruitment efforts to advise, consult and challenge your business partners
  • You are an active team player and work on projects to improve hiring processes across the organization
  • You are an excellent stakeholder management skills 
  • You have Proven ability to manage multiple pipelines and stakeholders across various departments 
  • You are a team oriented and collaborative 
  • Process-oriented mindset, analyzing the different stages and adapting the process accordingly Analytical with a desire to leverage data in your decision making. Fluent in English, French and other languages is a plus
