AuditBoard is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales, EMEA to lead our expansion efforts and drive revenue growth across the region. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and leading our EMEA sales organization, with accountability for new business acquisition, regional go-to-market strategy, and revenue attainment.
This leader will bring deep SaaS sales experience, a strong understanding of enterprise selling, and a proven ability to scale high-performing teams in new or emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy to grow AuditBoard’s presence and customer base across the EMEA region.
Lead, recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organization, with a focus on enterprise and mid-market segments.
Drive sales execution to consistently exceed revenue and growth targets.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, and Product to tailor offerings and campaigns to regional needs.
Build trusted executive relationships with customers and prospects to understand their priorities.
Establish operational rigor through accurate forecasting, pipeline development, and performance management.
Represent AuditBoard in the market, positioning the company as a thought leader in risk and compliance transformation.
Provide market feedback to inform product strategy and localization needs.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in EMEA markets.
Proven success in scaling SaaS businesses in new regions, including building teams from the ground up.
Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and customers at the C-level.
Data-driven, with a disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process optimization.
Excellent global team collaboration and communication skills; able to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Nice to Have
Additional European languages are a plus.
Deep understanding of enterprise risk, audit, compliance, or GRC software markets is preferred
