What You’ll Do
Lead retained and contingent searches for senior leaders (Director to C-suite) in HR and Legal functions
Build trusted, long-term client relationships and serve as a strategic partner during moments of growth and change
Collaborate cross-functionally with our consulting, brand, and talent teams to deliver cohesive, human-centered client experiences
Apply modern practices—including AI-powered sourcing, selection, and assessment tools—to optimize reach, speed,fit, and mitigate bias.
Help shape the future of our executive search methodology and thought leadership
You Bring
7+ years of experience in executive search with a strong focus on HR and/or Legal leadership roles
Experience running your own executive search practice or consultancy—or playing a senior role within one
A deep understanding of how to embed AI and automation to streamline search, improve accuracy, and enhance candidate/client experience
Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at the executive and board level
A human-first mindset with a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and business-smart recruiting
A passion for building culture through leadership
