What You'll Do

  • Help scale a platform used by families, educators, and operators across the country
  • Build user-friendly experiences across web and mobile for learning, coordination, and communication
  • Collaborate with a small, high-caliber team to shape roadmap and deliver end-to-end features
  • Stay hands-on while contributing to architecture and core infrastructure

What you’ll need:

  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in software development, ideally with startup experience
  • Experience working across both frontend and backend systems
  • Proven ability to ship user-facing features quickly and cleanly

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong product sensibility and attention to user experience
  • Ability to work with modern mobile (Kotlin, Swift), backend and frontend frameworks (Rails, Stimulus, Tailwind or similar)
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
  • Bonus: experience building platforms for operationally intensive businesses

  • Soft Skills:
  • Clear communication and bias for action
  • Mission-driven mindset and comfort with ambiguity
