As an Ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other digital channels. You will monitor performance through conversion tracking and advanced reporting, and use data insights to refine campaigns. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Develop and execute Facebook and Google Ads campaigns in alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with the design team to create text variations and optimize ad creatives for performance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Set up and manage conversion tracking systems to measure campaign performance.
Regularly report on ad performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
Use Google Analytics 4 to track and analyze key campaign metrics.
Optimization & A/B Testing:
Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and enhance conversion rates.
Continuously analyze campaign data and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Tool Proficiency & Collaboration:
Use Looker Studio (desired but not required) to create and maintain campaign dashboards.
Collaborate using Slack and Monday.com to communicate effectively with the internal team and streamline workflows.
Budget Management:
Work within provided budget guidelines, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and on track.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
2+ years of experience in managing paid digital ads campaigns (Facebook, Google, etc.).
Proven expertise in Facebook and Google Ads, with a diverse portfolio of display ads, search ads, and social ads.
Strong knowledge of A/B testing and optimization strategies.
Experience in using Google Analytics 4 for performance measurement and tracking.
Familiarity with Looker Studio to create and manage dashboards is highly desirable, but not required.
Comfortable using Slack and Monday.com for internal team collaboration.
