Why We’re Hiring
Higharc is entering a rapid growth phase: expanding product offerings, onboarding new customers, and scaling our distributed team. We’re looking for a strong recruiter to join us for several months to help identify and hire a number of high-priority roles. You’ll work alongside our full-time Senior Recruiter to source & interview candidates, partner with hiring managers, and maintain a high level of candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Own searches for Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, Implementation, and G&A roles—from kickoff through offers
Source talent via Ashby (our ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring teams through decision-making
Partner With Hiring Managers
Lead role-intake meetings and weekly syncs
Calibrate interview feedback and advise on compensation benchmarks and market insights
Candidate Experience
Uphold fast response times, clear communication templates, and feedback loops
Data & Reporting
Track funnel metrics, time-to-start, and source effectiveness
Surface insights weekly to the VP, People Ops
Creative Sourcing
Launch quick-strike campaigns to reach diverse, hard-to-find talent pools
What You’ll Bring
8+ years recruiting experience in high‑growth tech, with direct, hands‑on success sourcing and closing Engineers, Product, Go‑to‑Market, and G&A talent. Specialization in hiring technical & niche talent is a must.
Demonstrated expertise partnering with hiring managers on role design, interview calibration, and offer strategy.
Fluency with modern, AI‑enabled recruiting stacks (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem, HireEZ, ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI) and comfort experimenting with new tools.
Data‑driven mindset—able to update dashboards & interpret funnel metrics.
Hiring manager influence and consultative skills—can challenge constructively and inspire action.
Bonus: Experience with AEC, SaaS, architecture, homebuilding. Lacking that, a passion for the built environment or eagerness to learn the homebuilding domain.
