Contract Length: 1 year
Hours: 40/hours a week, need to be flexible to work nights and weekends.
Location: Bay Area, CA or LA, and NYC, may need to go in office as needed
Rate: Flat Weekly Rate: $4200

About the Role:
As AI Creative Lead, you’ll help push the boundaries of creativity using generative tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway and others. You’ll lead the development of ideas and outputs that feel native to social media – fast, bold, and experimental. You won’t just direct – you’ll build. You’ll collaborate with designers, writers, editors, and producers to imagine, test, and launch new formats that capture attention and inspire others.
This role is ideal for someone who sees AI not just as a tool, but as a creative partner – and is excited to shape the future of content creation alongside a forward-thinking team.

Must be a CREATIVE and have experience building visual creative work, either in social or events. (Not tv)
What you’ll do:
Concept and lead creative experiments that use generative AI tools in smart, meaningful ways
Prototype visual, written, or motion-first ideas across social formats
Build quick-turn content – from AI-generated assets to polished posts and stories
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, producers, and editors
Help define a new visual and creative language for how we use AI in content
Spot trends early and translate them into original executions
Monitor other creatives in AI experimentation and prompt craft
Work across social platforms and understand what performs where
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a creative role (design, writing, content, or similar)
Deep curiosity about generative AI – you use tools like Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc., regularly
Hands-on creative skills – you can write, design, or produce content yourself
Strong instincts for visual storytelling, especially for social platforms
A maker mindset – you like to test, iterate, and move quickly
Comfort with ambiguity, fast feedback loops, and internet culture
A collaborative style and the ability to lead without ego
Bonus to have:
Experience leading creative on AI-powered or tech-forward products
A track record of launching viral or standout creative in social media
Comfort building quick demos, MVPs, or visuals using AI
