Growe welcomes those who are excited to:
  • Plan and execute impactful promotion campaigns;

  • Conduct detailed campaign analysis, focusing on key metrics to understand campaign success and improvements; 

  • Customize campaigns, working with a range of communication channels (Email/SMS/Popup/WebPush);

  • Collaborate closely with wider teams, focusing on ordering content and design materials.

We need your professional experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a CRM/Retention or marketing manager position with an understanding of the full user flow;

  • Experience with different communication channels (email/SMS/push/popup);

  • A great knowledge of casino and sports players;
  • A good knowledge of betting industry specifics (user behavior, mechanics, bonuses, game types) and key KPIs (GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU, etc.);

  • Ability to prioritize and organize operational tasks efficiently according to set deadlines;

  • Knowledge of HTML and Jira would be a plus.
