We are seeking a lifecycle-obsessed Customer / Upsell Marketing Specialist to maximize customer adoption, retention, and expansion through targeted programs and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle Strategy: Map the post-sale journey, identifying key moments to educate, delight, and upsell customers.
Retention and Expansion Campaigns: Build multichannel programs (email, in-app, webinars, events) that drive feature adoption and contract growth.
Customer Advocacy: Cultivate advocates for case studies, testimonials, and peer-to-peer referrals.
Data and Segmentation: Segment accounts by health, usage, and intent; trigger targeted messaging.
Partner with CS and Sales: Provide CSMs with nurture tracks and renewal/upsell materials; surface product-usage insights.
Program Measurement: Track churn, net revenue retention, and upsell metrics; present findings and iterate.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience in customer, lifecycle, or growth marketing for a SaaS product.
Strong copywriting and project-management skills.
Comfort collaborating closely with CS, Support, Product, and Sales teams.
Strong written and spoken English
Preferred Skills
Experience with Hubspot
Familiarity with upsell messaging and segmentation
Comfortability with marketing-automation, product-usage analytics, and CRM workflows.
Personal Attributes
Customer-centric, proactive, analytical, collaborative, and mission-driven with excellent communication skills.
Compensation Details:
Hourly compensation is in USD
Starting salary: ₱100,000/month, with increases based on experience and performance

In addition to base salary, we provide a company contribution to help cover health insurance and other self-selected benefits
Target of 42.5 billable hours per week
You’ll also accrue Life Leave, which can be cashed out annually as additional income

Hiring Process
Our hiring process is intentionally tough and time-consuming because this is a competitive role with competitive compensation. Select candidates will be invited to complete a one-way video interview and an initial screening interview. Once you pass the initial screening, a number of online assessments testing your critical thinking and English skills will be sent. Select candidates will be invited to an hour-long Zoom interview with the President of the company.

This role follows a consistent daily rhythm that aligns with US Eastern business hours while giving you time for rest, personal tasks, and balance throughout your day.
Here’s what a typical day looks like:
Start your day with a 4.5-hour work block: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT)
Enjoy your afternoon free: 2:00pm–8:00pm (PHT)
Finish your workday with another 4.5-hour block: 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT)
Sleep/rest: 12:30am–9:30am (PHT)
This structure offers a long midday break while supporting strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours.
