We are seeking a results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to own strategy, execution, and optimization of all email outreach across the prospect and customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning and Execution: Build, automate, and deploy newsletters, promotional blasts, webinar invitations, product announcements, onboarding series, and renewal reminders.
Segmentation and Personalization: Leverage contact lifecycle data to deliver highly relevant content that increases open, click-through, and conversion rates.
Deliverability and Compliance: Maintain list hygiene, monitor inbox placement, and ensure high deliverability rates
Analytics and Reporting: Track channel KPIs (open, CTR, conversions) and share insights with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content, design, product marketing, and sales enablement teams to align messaging and creative assets.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience years managing high-volume B2B or SaaS email programs.
Strong knowledge of segmentation, deliverability best practices, and HTML email basics.
Strong copywriting and basic visual-design skills
Preferred Skills
Experience marketing to nonprofits or in SaaS fundraising tech.
Proficiency with Hubspot as a marketing-automation platforms
Personal Attributes
Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and mission-driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Details:
Hourly compensation is in USD
Starting salary: ₱100,000/month, with increases based on experience and performance
Competitive pay reflecting your skills and background
In addition to base salary, we provide a company contribution to help cover health insurance and other self-selected benefits
Target of 42.5 billable hours per week
You’ll also accrue Life Leave, which can be cashed out annually as additional income

Hiring Process
Our hiring process is intentionally tough and time-consuming because this is a competitive role with competitive compensation. Select candidates will be invited to complete a one-way video interview and an initial screening interview. Once you pass the initial screening, a number of online assessments testing your critical thinking and English skills will be sent. Select candidates will be invited to an hour-long Zoom interview with the President of the company.

This role follows a consistent daily rhythm that aligns with US Eastern business hours while giving you time for rest, personal tasks, and balance throughout your day.
Here’s what a typical day looks like:
Start your day with a 4.5-hour work block: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT)
Enjoy your afternoon free: 2:00pm–8:00pm (PHT)
Finish your workday with another 4.5-hour block: 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT)
Sleep/rest: 12:30am–9:30am (PHT)
This structure offers a long midday break while supporting strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours.
