Data Analyst
About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our sales and marketing teams with accurate, well-organized data. You’ll work with Excel and ZoomInfo to gather, clean, and manage lead information, ensuring our teams have the insights they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and update contact and company information using ZoomInfo
Organize and maintain large datasets in Excel
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems
Prepare spreadsheets and reports to support sales outreach
Collaborate with the team to optimize lead lists and data processes
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables a plus)
Experience using ZoomInfo for lead sourcing or research
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
