Job Description

Influ2 is looking for a Graphic and Multimedia Designer to work in close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to implement and generate ideas to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and elevate the customer experience. 

This role will allow you to manage design across various mediums: internal and external marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including digital advertising, social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube), web, and email. To be considered, please provide a portfolio of relevant work. 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate professional, clear, and coherent visualization based on complex ideas;

  • Create designs for marketing and sales materials, including but not limited to: social media posts, banners, paid ads, images for email campaigns, lead magnets, white papers, presentations, sales decks, press releases, web and landing pages, infographics, animation, videos, and motion graphics;

  • Participate in planning, messaging development, and creative sessions to elevate content and campaign development;

  • Ensure a consistent look, feel, and experience across all deliverables that are compliant with design, brand, and accessibility standards and requirements.

     

Requirements:

  • Experience at all stages of the design process, from coordinating the concept with the team to creating the final product;

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including experience in animation and video creation;

  • High-level proficiency in English is beneficial;

  • Work experience with a B2B software or technology organization or digital agency will be a plus.
