Influ2 is looking for a master of Marketing Operations.

Influ2 is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who geeks out on making the most of martech platforms. 

Success in this role is dependent on your experience in a fast-paced B2B martech environment and deep subject matter expertise of key marketing platforms. We’re looking for a dynamic professional who enjoys and can quickly switch gears and is an excellent communicator who can manage across a range of stakeholders. A strong project management background, in the same or similar industry will be considered an asset in this role. 

Residing in the Revenue Operations team, this role will work closely with senior members of the marketing team to identify, implement and ensure that the marketing stack is optimized for maximum performance. This role will serve as the connector between marketing, growth, sales development, sales and customer success to make sure Influ2 is on track to meet it’s bottom-line business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize the marketing tech stack including integrations between Marketing Automation and CRM

  • Manage data quality in Hubspot and integration with CRM (SFDC) and work with the Demand marketing team to build out a lead scoring model, marketing nurture workflows and relevant dashboards.

  • Work with the Demand marketing team to develop relevant marketing reporting that provides detailed insights about the ROI and health of various marketing programs

  • Translate business needs of marketing roles into solutions in Hubspot and other tools 

  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of solutions that will improve our marketing impact and efficiency

  • Assist with optimization of the internal and cross-functional processes

  • Oversee reporting of the marketing organization on different levels

  • Work with SalesOps to ensure cross-functional alignment and data integrity

 

Qualification and skills:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, SalesOps, or MarketingOps role; and 5 years plus of general professional experience, preferably in a marketing role. 

  • Strong project management skills

  • Experience in implementing complex tools (e.g. MAP, CMS, CPQ, or CRM systems) which required working and aligning with multiple organizations

  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Advanced understanding of Hubspot and SFDC

  • Experience working with Strapi CMS, Pendo, Alyce (preferably)

  • A team player, who is willing to roll up sleeves and work with others
