The Role
We seek a visionary Marketing leader to drive our marketing strategy and execution across various digital channels. This role requires a marketer who can blend data-driven insights with creative thinking to elevate the brand in the crypto ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning:
Develop and implement marketing strategy focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Position as a leader in Web3 and blockchain solutions.
Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches in collaboration with product and partnership teams.
Event Management & Industry Engagement:
Plan and execute strategic participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Organize and oversee events, including webinars, live demonstrations, conferences, and more.
Build relationships with event organizers and coordinate speaking opportunities for key team members.
Content & Community Engagement:
Lead content strategy and development to reflect brand voice voice and appeal to diverse audiences.
Manage community engagement strategies to grow our user base and build an active, loyal community.
Oversee social media strategy and execution to create compelling, authentic, and educational content.
Partnerships and Influencer Marketing:
Develop and manage relationships with key influencers, content creators, and industry leaders.
Collaborate with the partnerships team for co-marketing campaigns.
Lead cross-promotional campaigns with strategic partners to attract and engage new audiences.
Data Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Set, monitor, and report on key performance metrics for all marketing initiatives.
Utilize analytics tools to gain insights on campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends.
Work closely with data teams to leverage insights for enhanced targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
Public Relations:
Develop and execute PR strategies with PR Agency to enhance our brand image and visibility in the media.
Cultivate relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets to secure coverage.
Coordinate press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote our1 products and initiatives.
Monitor media coverage and manage crisis communication if necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
7+ years in a senior marketing role in gaming, tech, fintech, or blockchain industries.
5+ years experience in leading a team of marketing professionals
Experience working and management of various Marketing, Influencer/ Social and PR agencies
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for digital products in the web2 / web3 space.
Strong experience in digital marketing channels, including social media and content marketing.
Experience in planning and managing events with success in leveraging events for brand growth.
Domain Expertise:
In-depth understanding of CEX/ DEX, blockchain, launchpads, digital asset management.
Familiarity with community building in digital ecosystems.
Proven ability to identify strategic event opportunities and build relationships with stakeholders.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong leadership skills capable of building and inspiring high-performance teams.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in traditional digital marketing tools and platforms.
Familiarity with blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.
Nice-to-have
Experience with blockchain or crypto-specific marketing and community management.
Knowledge of gaming-specific marketing strategies, including in-game advertising and community-driven growth.
