About the Role
We’re hiring an Internal Technical Recruiter to help us scale a fast-growing, tech-forward organization. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles, collaborating directly with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. You’ll balance speed with quality, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates from first contact to final offer.

Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across engineering, product, and data
Conduct structured, skills-based interviews to assess technical fit
Actively source and engage talent using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and hiring strategies
Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process
Monitor key hiring metrics and recommend optimizations for efficiency and quality
What You Bring
2–3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in an in-house or agency setting
Strong understanding of technical hiring needs across software engineering, data, and product teams
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Hands-on experience with modern ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Ability to work Eastern Time hours with flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones
Nice to Have
Experience working with distributed or remote-first teams
A process-oriented mindset with a drive to improve and streamline recruiting workflows
