We're looking for an Internal Technical Recruiter to help scale our fast-growing tech organization. You'll own full-cycle recruitment for engineering, data, and product roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to drive speed and quality. If you're confident interviewing technical talent, juggling multiple reqs, and creating top-tier candidate experiencesâwe want to talk.
đ§ What Youâll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles
Conduct structured, skills-based technical interviews
Source and engage passive talent using ATS and sourcing tools
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine requirements and strategy
Track metrics and optimize for time-to-fill and candidate quality
Maintain high-touch candidate communications throughout the process
đ§ What You Bring
2â3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles in a staffing or in-house environment
Proven ability to assess engineering, product, or data candidates
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in modern ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Ability to work Eastern hours, with some flexibility across time zones
