We're a movement empowering millions of people, driven by a shared purpose to tackle big challenges. And we're just getting started. We move quickly, think boldly, and trust each other to challenge the norm, learning and growing as we go. If you're looking for more than just your next job – if you want to build something impactful with a talented team – you're in the right place.
What you'll be doing
As a KYC Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for our growing customer base. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
Perform due diligence – Ensure all necessary client documentation is accurately captured for timely onboarding.
Analyze and assess profiles – Verify customer identities and identify potential risks, escalating suspicious cases to the FinCrime team.
Assist customers – Provide support via email during the verification and activation process to guarantee a smooth user experience.
Utilize screening databases – Screen customers against PEP lists and adverse media to detect potential risks.
Perform risk assessments – Conduct thorough customer risk evaluations to identify and analyze potential client-related risks. Expect challenges, collaboration, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life. Things change quickly here, so be ready to adapt, take initiative, and shape your role as we grow.
Who we're looking for
We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?
Relevant experience – You have at least 1 year in a similar KYC role, ideally within a startup or the financial sector; customer care experience is a plus.
Legal framework knowledge – You bring a solid understanding of AML/KYC regulations; AML/AFC qualification (ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent) is advantageous.
Language proficiency – You have professional fluency in both written and spoken English; Italian proficiency is considered a strong asset.
Analytical skills – You're able to meticulously analyze information, identify inconsistencies, and assess potential risks effectively.
Communication skills – You're capable of clearly and professionally communicating with customers and internal teams, primarily via email. Italian proficiency is a must-have, while English knowledge will be considered as a strong asset.
