The Opportunity...
We’re looking for an SDR Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives for our call center in Boston. This is a people manager role focused on scaling team performance, coaching and mentoring talent, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure SDRs are aligned with broader sales goals.

How You'll Contribute...

  • Manage the growth, development, and success of the SDR team

  • Set clear performance expectations and coach SDRs to achieve pipeline goals

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership on lead generation strategy and alignment

  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to increase conversion rates

  • Own recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training for new SDR hires

  • Foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture that drives accountability and results

  • Provide regular feedback and career development guidance for SDRs

  • Partner with other leaders to identify process improvements and optimize workflows

  • Serve as a key contributor to forecasting and pipeline reporting for SDR activity

What We're Looking For...

  • 5+ years of experience managing an SDR or inside sales team

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing talent

  • Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

  • Data-driven mindset with comfort managing to KPIs and pipeline metrics

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach)

  • Ability to manage meetings effectively and communicate strategy clearly

  • High level of accountability and ownership for team success
