The Opportunity…

Brainjolt is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Paid Media Buyer to help scale our performance marketing efforts across platforms like TikTok, X (Twitter), Snapchat, Pinterest, or Taboola. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has hands-on experience managing campaigns at scale, and knows how to balance performance optimization with creative strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Paid Media and cross-functional teams to launch and refine campaigns that align with business goals.

How You’ll Contribute…

  • Take full ownership of activating, testing and scaling a new performance marketing channel depending on your area of expertise

  • Develop and execute the strategy from the ground up including setup, creative development, campaign buildout, testing, optimization, and reporting

  • Lead creative ideation tailored to the platform’s native style

  • Design and run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and placements to identify scalable wins

  • Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and scale efficiently

  • Stay ahead of platform-specific trends, features, and best practices to keep campaigns high-performing and competitive

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align media efforts with product priorities, seasonal moments, and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For…

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing

  • Deep expertise in at least one non-Meta or non-Google platform (e.g., TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Taboola)

  • Strong track record of optimizing for conversions, ROI, and scale

  • Highly analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and dashboards

  • Comfortable shifting strategy quickly in response to performance trends or business needs

  • Understanding of affiliate marketing, e-commerce ecosystems (especially Amazon), and digital consumer behavior

  • Strong instinct for identifying trending products, viral content, and seasonal demand drivers
