Why this role rocks
Use your deep crawl‑budget and log‑file chops to help mission‑driven B2B and enterprise sites fix hard technical SEO problems—then graduate to leading the entire service line.
You’ll architect the service and then lead it across our agency.
Part-time for the first 3‑6 months, and you’ll have the opportunity to step into a full‑time leadership seat to scale the practice.

Thought leadership
1× 30‑min webinar (topic + slides + live delivery), Monthly
2Ă— outbound/ nurture emails (HubSpot), Monthly
2Ă— LinkedIn posts (your byline or founder ghostwrite), Monthly
1× AI‑assisted blog post (1,000 ± words), Monthly
Day‑to‑day you will…
Craft a strategy that turns “site health‑check” leads into improved marketing performance.
Outline technical audit frameworks (crawl‑budget, CWV, schema, migrations).
Produce and publish all collateral listed above.
Track qualitative engagement and iterate fast.
Report wins to the Service Development Manager in a weekly 30‑min check‑in.

We’re confident enough in the motion to flip you to full‑time Service‑Line Lead (competitive PH salary + growth upside).
Must‑have chops
5+ yrs hands‑on technical SEO—crawl‑budget, CWV, log‑file, schema.
Pro‑level skill with Screaming Frog, Log‑File Analyzer, GSC, GA4, SEO tools.
Clear written & spoken English; you’ll be front‑facing in content and webinars.
Solo‑operator mindset—no designers or devs handed to you yet.
Degree from UP, DLSU, Ateneo, or UST.
Reliable WFH setup in the Philippines.

Compensation & path
Part‑time flat rate: USD $500–$800/month for the first 3–6 months (10–15 hrs/week).
