Why this role rocks

Own the end‑to‑end post‑production engine for our new service lines—turn raw founder footage and webinars into scroll‑stopping LinkedIn clips that inspire mission‑driven buyers.

You’ll architect the service and then lead it across our agency.

Part-time for the first 3‑6 months, and you’ll have the opportunity to step into a full‑time leadership seat to scale the practice.

We currently have 100+ team members who live in the Philippines, who have been fantastic team members, and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!

What you’ll own

  • Sales collateral – slide deck & 1‑pager pricing sheet, created once at kickoff (refresh as needed)

  • Webpage copy – service‑line landing page, created once at kickoff

  • Thought leadership

    • 1Ă— 30‑min webinar (topic + slides + live delivery), Monthly

    • 2Ă— outbound/ nurture emails (HubSpot) with video embedded, Monthly

    • 2Ă— LinkedIn videos + posts (you or founder), Monthly

    • 2Ă— Additional videos for marketing based on webinar editing, Monthly

Day‑to‑day you will…

  • Edit, animate, grade, and caption videos in Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or Descript.

  • Design simple motion graphics and title cards.

  • Slice webinars into snackable, repurposed assets.

  • Report wins & next steps to our Service Development Manager in a weekly 30-minute checkpoint (held between 8 a.m.–12 p.m. ET).

Success looks like…

  • Clips boost email reply rates and LinkedIn engagement.

  • Stakeholders ask to “double the video output.”

  • We’re confident enough in the motion to flip you to full‑time Service‑Line Lead (competitive PH salary + growth upside).

Must‑have chops

  • 5+ yrs of creating engaging social videos based on original and webinar content

  • Portfolio of previous videos you've created for professional services and B2B SAAS.

  • Strong post‑production skills—editing, motion graphics, sound sweetening.

  • Comfortable owning script tweaks and choosing cut‑aways.

  • Crystal‑clear written & spoken English—you’ll create client‑facing content.

  • Able to work Mon–Fri, 8 a.m.–12 p.m. ET from anywhere in the Philippines.

  • Home office with reliable internet (WFH; independent contractor).

  • Graduated from a Top 4 University (UP, DSLU, Ateneo, UST) in the Philippines with competitive grades

Nice‑to‑haves

  • Experience targeting $10–200M B2B SaaS or service providers.

  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Google Slides, Vidyard, or AI copy tools for faster production.

  • Past success in turning part‑time projects into full‑time ownership roles.

Compensation & path

  • Part‑time flat rate: USD $500–$800/month for the first 3–6 months (10–15 hrs/week).

  • Conversion: Full‑time salary competitive with senior PH talent—exact number based on your impact.

  • Growth mindset culture: bias for action, low‑ego collaboration, data‑driven experimentation.
