What you’ll be doing
As a People & Culture Specialist, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our employee experience and fostering a positive work environment. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Ensure smooth onboarding – collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the induction for new hires.
Support engagement initiatives – assist in the development and implementation of programs that promote company values and boost employee engagement.
Analyze feedback – collect and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
Champion company culture – foster a positive and collaborative work environment across all teams.
Track HR metrics – monitor and analyze key HR metrics to enhance the overall employee experience.
Coordinate learning opportunities – assist in identifying training needs and coordinating both internal and external learning and development programs.
Support company events – play a key role in the planning and execution of various company events.
Who we’re looking for

Relevant experience – you have over 2 years in HR and company organization.
Embrace new projects – take complete ownership of their success.
Quick learner – detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Organizational skills – proven experience in implementing procedures and processes.
Handle sensitive information – maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Fluent in Italian and English – both written and spoken.
Great communicator – able to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
