We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to drive HR strategy, team engagement, and operational excellence. This role requires someone experienced in managing remote, multicultural teams and passionate about building a thriving company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment and onboarding for international hires
Develop training programs and continuous learning initiatives
Oversee performance management systems and KPIs
Foster engagement, resolve conflicts, and support culture-building
Implement HR policies tailored to remote operations
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years HR/People Ops experience with remote, startup teams
Skilled in hiring, training, and performance tracking
Strong communicator across diverse cultures
Comfortable innovating and improving HR processes in a fast-paced environment
