Our Client is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Real Estate Marketing & Transaction Coordinator to support a fast-growing home sale division in the U.S. real estate market.
In this role, you’ll help our home sale division list mobile homes on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and keep transactions moving smoothly. You’ll input accurate property details, photos, and documents, track the full transaction flow, and assist our Director of Marketing with key tasks like pulling permits, generating leads, and keeping everything organized.
Responsibilities
Input and manage real estate listings in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), ensuring all details, documents, and photos are accurate and up to date
Track the full transaction lifecycle from listing to closing, keeping all stakeholders informed and organized
Coordinate with photographers, inspectors, and other vendors to support the listing process
Research and assist with pulling permits, leads, or property-specific information as needed
Support the Director of Marketing in preparing and updating marketing materials
Maintain organized digital files and property records
Who You Are
Highly organized and tech-savvy, with strong attention to detail
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experienced with data entry, project coordination, or real estate admin work
Familiarity with the U.S. real estate process or MLS systems is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment
Strong communication and follow-up skills
