As the first point of connection for our future clients, your mission is to open the door to transformation. You will initiate conversations with warm, inbound leads - qualifying, nurturing, and setting them up for success with our Closer team.
You’re not here to pressure; you’re here to pique curiosity, spark possibility, and guide them into clarity around what’s holding them back and where they want to go. You’ll be the bridge between interest and commitment, grounded in heart-centered service.
The Method (How You’ll Do It)
Lead with Heart: Use conscious communication and emotionally intelligent listening to connect authentically with every lead.
Qualify with Purpose: Use our proven discovery frameworks to deeply understand each lead’s current situation, pain points, and readiness for change.
Educate & Inspire: Deliver value through insight — help prospects see what’s possible with AlterCall’s support, without pushing or forcing.
Schedule for Success: Confidently move aligned prospects to the next stage by booking sales calls for our Closer team with precision and care.
Follow Through with Excellence: Maintain fast response times, clean CRM notes, and timely follow-ups to nurture warm leads.
Collaborate: Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality, refine messaging, and share patterns or objections you’re hearing.
The Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)
Daily Outreach Quota Met: Follow-up and engage with all assigned leads via SMS, email, and DMs within 5 minutes of inquiry
50%+ Qualified Show Rate: Bookings consistently show up and are a right-fit match
10–15 Booked Calls Per Week with the Closer team from warm inbound leads
CRM & Pipeline Hygiene: Daily updates, accurate lead status, and zero drop-offs
Continuous Growth: Evolving language, scripts, and intuition based on ongoing coaching and feedback
Who You Are
Service-Oriented Setter: You have 2+ years in a setter, SDR, or client intake role — ideally in coaching, consulting, or other human-centered services.
Emotionally Intelligent: You know how to attune to others, ask powerful questions, and guide people to their own clarity without force.
Energetic Communicator: Whether on SMS, email, or voice memo, your communication is clear, positive, and highly resonant.
Disciplined Operator: You value structure, you’re detail-oriented, and you love keeping your tools (CRM, dashboards, tasks) dialed in.
Coachable & Hungry: You’re open to feedback, eager to grow, and thrive in high-accountability environments.
