Ready to make an impact and drive growth in one of the most dynamic sectors out there? We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven senior business developer to take the lead on our demand partnerships while our head of demand partnerships is on maternity leave.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping new opportunities and strengthening key relationships, ensuring Vio keeps moving forward at full speed. The initial contract runs through April 2026, with the possibility of turning into a permanent role afterward.
What you will do:
During the maternity cover period, your mission will be focused and high-impact:
Own and manage relationships with our existing partners and active pipeline — you’ll be their go-to person, keeping collaborations strong and results-driven.
Take over all ongoing communication, providing seamless support and acting as the crucial link between partners and our product and customer support teams.
Drive new business: reach out to new demand partners and sign impactful new deals every month, fueling Vio’s growth.
Who you are:
A strong track record of closing major deals (think millions in annual revenue). Experience in travel, especially accommodation, is a huge plus — we want someone who can jump right in and start making a difference.
You’ve successfully managed and, even more importantly, signed significant new affiliate partners. You understand what makes affiliates tick, know how to connect with their needs, and can build trust and long-term relationships that turn into real results.
You’re a fast learner, product-savvy, and highly independent. You know how to set your own pace, take initiative, and get things done.
Comfortable with technical conversations — you can confidently explain the basics of an affiliate setup, API, white-label integrations, and reporting to partners without getting lost in the weeds.
A true go-getter mindset. You thrive on opening doors, building connections from scratch, and turning opportunities into success stories. You’re comfortable reaching out cold, and you know how to win people over with a combination of a great product and your own sales and AI tooling skills.
