We’re looking for a strategic and creative senior copywriter to help Vio.com find its voice and use it brilliantly. You’ll define and shape the tone across our CRM, paid media storytelling, and SEO-led content to ensure we speak with consistency, character, and clarity across the customer journey.
You’ll partner with marketers, designers, and product teams to craft campaigns, editorial assets, and conversion-driven content that drives both performance and brand affinity. You’ll also play a key role in co-creating our tone of voice system, not just documenting it, but embedding it through collaboration and craft.

What you will do:
Tone of Voice: Help define, document, and scale Vio’s brand tone of voice across channels - from one-liners to long reads.
CRM & Lifecycle: Write compelling lifecycle emails, notifications, and retention flows that reflect our brand voice and deliver measurable impact.
Paid Media & Storytelling: Craft punchy, scroll-stopping copy and ads for paid social, YouTube scripts, programmatic banners, and concept campaigns.
Copy iteration: Constantly improve copy output in line with performance data and customer feedback to increase effectiveness.
SEO & Content Marketing: Write long-form content and landing pages that inform, inspire, and rank - always grounded in insight and aligned with brand.
Creative Partnership: Collaborate with our creative, performance, and product teams to ensure storytelling is strategically aligned and beautifully executed.
Quality Control: Bring consistency, craft, and care to every touchpoint - from push notifications to partner pitches.
Who you are:
Proven experience as a senior copywriter (native English), content strategist, or editorial lead - ideally within a fast paced, high-growth digital business or agency.
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to flex tone, format, and length across platforms and audiences.
A love for storytelling - with a sharp eye for clarity, rhythm, and emotional resonance.
Comfort with performance goals, metrics, and experimentation (especially in CRM and SEO).
Ability to work cross-functionally and bring others on the journey, whether it's a designer, engineer, or product owner.
Consistently curious: stays up to speed with fast-changing trends, particularly AI, while being selective in which could deliver value in the role.
Exceptional attention to detail: Able to produce high quality output at scale, in line with clearly documented tone of voice guidelines.
(Bonus) Experience writing in a multilingual, multi-market context.
