🎯 About the Role: Sourcing Strategy Lead
You’ll own top-of-funnel sourcing — blending outbound strategy, AI tools, and referral programs to drive consistent, high-quality candidate volume. You’ll also shape how candidates apply, how we screen, and how we scale sourcing using automation and smart systems.
You’ll report to the Head of Delivery (or Head of Operations) and work closely with recruiters, sourcers, and Marketing to build fast, effective, candidate-first funnels. This is a core delivery role, not a support function.
🔧 What You’ll Own
Build and manage sourcing systems that drive volume and quality across roles
Use AI tools (Ashby, ChatGPT, video screening software, etc.) to streamline outreach and screening
Design and implement AI in video screening — identify tools, test workflows, and roll them out
Own and improve the candidate application flow — audit it end-to-end for speed + conversion
Launch and optimize outbound strategies — cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, re-engagement
Build and scale referral programs that consistently bring in qualified candidates
Track sourcing funnel performance and build dashboards to surface gaps early
Manage sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) and drive strong ROI
Write sharp, high-converting copy for outreach, job posts, and landing pages
Build landing pages using tools like Webflow, Landingi, or similar
Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and candidate-facing assets
Partner with recruiters and sourcers to align priorities and improve sourcing playbooks
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, candidate acquisition, or talent marketing
Have owned or built sourcing systems — you think in funnels, not just searches
Use or are eager to implement AI tools in sourcing and screening
Have run outbound campaigns that generate results — and know how to iterate fast
Are highly proactive — you identify gaps and close them without waiting
Are organized and data-minded — you measure what matters and act on it
Are excited to work cross-functionally with both recruiting and marketing
Thrive in fast-paced environments where speed, ownership, and results matter
🌟 Bonus Points If You:
Have experience implementing video screening platforms (e.g. Willo, Hirevire, HireVue, Screenable)
Have improved candidate application flow and can show the impact
Have experience with referral campaign design and candidate lifecycle marketing
Can coach sourcers or recruiters on funnel strategy and tooling
