Key Responsibilities
Strategize, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC and Amazon DSP campaigns.
Manage and allocate large-scale budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and adherence to performance goals.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization based on search term analysis and competitive insights.
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through reporting dashboards and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, sales, and creative to align advertising with business objectives.
Monitor industry trends, Amazon algorithm changes, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting parameters to improve performance.
Support new product launches with tailored advertising strategies to maximize visibility and conversions.
Ensure best practices and compliance with Amazon’s advertising policies.
Qualifications
Amazon PPC and DSP Certified (must-have).
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads, including DSP, preferably in the CPG or retail sector.
Proven track record of managing large media budgets across multiple product lines or brands.
Strong understanding of the CPG market, shopper behavior, and digital shelf dynamics.
Advanced proficiency in Amazon Advertising Console, DSP platform, and tools like Helium 10, Pacvue, or Perpetua.
Analytical mindset with deep experience in Excel, Looker Studio, or similar tools for campaign reporting and optimization.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
