Fledge seek a passionate professional to lead our content strategy. You'll create unique content, never done by the industry that engages our audience and drives brand growth.

In this role, you will:

• Develop a comprehensive social media (and content) strategy aligned with growth marketing goals

• Create engaging content that drives lead generation across channels, principally LinkedIn

• Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting, incorporating industry trends and audience insights 

• Foster community engagement by actively interacting with followers and responding to inquiries, building brand loyalty

• Identify new opportunities for content, adapting approaches based on audience feedback and trends

• Keep an eye on our website blog content, and translate it into social media postings

• Eventually, design the baseline and launch our YouTube channel

• Collaborate with the managing director to ensure your initiatives align top of top-of-class industry standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven experience in social media marketing and content creation with a track record of growing audiences and driving engagementA passion for storytelling and the creativity to do what’s never been done in our space

• A sense of humor and high emotional intelligence – we value personality as much as skills

• Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting, with an eye for clear, compelling, and impactful messaging

• A mindset to turn content into growth, not just creating, but amplifying impact

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience using analytics platforms to drive strategy 

• Experience with LinkedIn would be greatly appreciated
