In this role you will lead strategic procurement initiatives for advanced semiconductor capital equipment and materials, ensuring Natcast's research facilities have the critical infrastructure and supplies needed to drive semiconductor innovation.
Every day you will manage complex procurement cycles, develop supplier relationships, and collaborate with technical teams to support semiconductor research and development through strategic sourcing excellence.

Responsibilities:
Lead procurement of complex semiconductor capital equipment
Manage strategic sourcing of specialty raw materials
Develop and execute category strategies
Negotiate complex equipment and service contracts
Manage supplier relationships with key OEMs
Coordinate with technical teams on specifications
Drive cost optimization initiatives
Ensure compliance with procurement policies
Support facility expansion projects
Support capital equipment budgets
Oversee equipment installation and planning
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
5 to 8 years semiconductor equipment procurement experience
Strong capital equipment buying expertise
Experience with specialty materials procurement
Excellence in contract negotiation
Track record of strategic sourcing success
Experience with large capital projects
Strong analytical and financial skills
Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience with research facilities
Knowledge of gas delivery systems
Background in cleanroom operations
Understanding of tool installation requirements
