Sales Operations & Enablement Manager

In this role you will drive sales effectiveness through sophisticated operations and enablement programs, ensuring Natcast's revenue teams have the tools, processes, and knowledge to successfully engage with semiconductor industry leaders.
Every day you will optimize sales systems, develop enablement content, and collaborate with revenue teams to enhance their ability to articulate Natcast's value proposition and drive meaningful industry partnerships.

Responsibilities:
Manage Salesforce implementation and optimization
Develop and execute sales enablement strategy
Create and maintain sales process documentation
Design and deliver sales training programs
Build reporting and analytics frameworks
Support revenue forecasting and pipeline management

Create sales collateral and presentation materials

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
7+ years sales operations experience
Salesforce administrator certification
Strong enablement program development experience
Excellence in sales process design
Data analysis and reporting capabilities
Content development expertise
Project management abilities
Experience supporting enterprise sales teams
Track record of improving sales effectiveness
