Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government.

Sales Operations & Enablement Manager

In this role you will drive sales effectiveness through sophisticated operations and enablement programs, ensuring Natcast's revenue teams have the tools, processes, and knowledge to successfully engage with semiconductor industry leaders.

Every day you will optimize sales systems, develop enablement content, and collaborate with revenue teams to enhance their ability to articulate Natcast's value proposition and drive meaningful industry partnerships.

To thrive in this role you must combine technical expertise with strategic thinking, demonstrating the ability to both manage complex systems and develop compelling enablement programs that support revenue growth.

Natcast stands at the forefront of semiconductor research and engineering, serving as a crucial hub for innovation in the U.S. semiconductor ecosystem. Through the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC), Natcast drives technological advancement through collaborative partnerships, cutting-edge facilities, and a commitment to maintaining U.S. leadership in semiconductor technology.

This position plays a crucial role in enabling Natcast's revenue organization. The role combines sales operations expertise with enablement leadership to create the infrastructure and programs that support successful engagement with semiconductor industry partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce implementation and optimization

  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategy

  • Create and maintain sales process documentation

  • Design and deliver sales training programs

  • Build reporting and analytics frameworks

  • Support revenue forecasting and pipeline management

  • Develop competitive intelligence resources

  • Create sales collateral and presentation materials

  • Optimize sales tools and technologies

  • Lead sales onboarding programs

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 7+ years sales operations experience

  • Salesforce administrator certification

  • Strong enablement program development experience

  • Excellence in sales process design

  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities

  • Content development expertise

  • Project management abilities

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams

  • Track record of improving sales effectiveness

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in semiconductor industry

  • Knowledge of technical sales processes

  • Background with CRM customization

  • Training program development expertise

  • Understanding of sales methodology

  • Experience with sales technology stack
