The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Copywriter to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will power high-impact recruiting campaigns for top-tier tech startups in the U.S., transforming hiring briefs into polished content for job boards, outbound recruiting campaigns, and social media marketing. This role offers work-from-anywhere flexibility and negotiable work hours based on your preference.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with the recruitment team to translate client hiring needs into effective recruitment marketing messaging
Draft polished, spot-on, and target audience-optimized written content based on hiring briefs and notes (e.g., job descriptions, interview scripts, messaging for email/LinkedIn sequences, social media posts, templates, etc.)
Meet or exceed pre-determined targets and KPIs (e.g., task completion time, edits, conversion rates)
Keep copywriting templates and prompt library well-organized and up-to-date
Act as the company’s brand ambassador on social media and during stakeholder interactions
For full-time candidates: manage recruitment marketing channels, such as social media accounts (LinkedIn, X), blogs, newsletters, YouTube, etc.
What You Bring
At least 1 year of copywriting experience or equivalent educational background
Strong aesthetic sense, great eye for beauty, and flair for copywriting
Incredible attention to detail with ability to pick up on even the smallest nuances
Excellent proficiency with AI chatbots and workplace tools, e.g., Perplexity, Notion, Slack, Canva, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication in American English, Level C1-C2 (proficiency in Russian is a plus)
Strong interest in tech startups and ability to research and understand complex technical concepts
Ability to work EST hours
Bonus: Portfolio from a high-volume tech recruitment agency or a high-growth tech startup
Bonus: Experience managing social media channels
