What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle (from systematic outbound prospecting to close), with $100K+ ACV and a 3+ month cycle
Build and maintain relationships with C-level marketing executives at major consumer brands
Educate prospects on creator-led advertising ROI and measurement capabilities
Develop replicable playbooks for the expanding sales organization
Partner directly with founders and leadership to refine sales processes and messaging
Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on market feedback
What You Bring
8-15 years of digital advertising sales experience in high-growth environments
Consistent quota attainment (100%+) with 70%+ outbound prospecting
Direct brand sales experience (not agency-focused) with enterprise and mid-market clients
Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, YouTube AdSense, and creator integrations
Experience with programmatic ad sales, DSPs, and performance marketing platforms
Proven ability to present to and influence C-level executives
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven sales optimization
Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
