Job Description

We are hiring a Director of Professional Services to accelerate customers' time to value through measurable outcomes for our strategic enterprise customers.  As the Director of Professional Services, you will own the delivery of implementation and consultative engagements that help our customers realize value from our platform quickly and consistently.  You’ll scale our delivery model by expanding our services partner ecosystem and working closely with the sales team to scope out project plans/cost estimates.  You are accountable for developing our services strategy and leading a team of implementation managers, project managers and GRC specialists to ensure timely, effective deployment.  Your goal: to make onboarding, implementation and enablement seamless, repeatable, and a competitive differentiator.

What you’ll do:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the global strategy for Professional Services organization.

  • Establish repeatable delivery methodologies across customer segments starting with Enterprise as your priority 

  • Build out service offerings based on Enterprise customers’ use cases and GRC complexity model

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Implementation Managers, project managers and GRC specialists

  • Collaborate with cross functional such as sales, product and CS teams from presales to post sales 

  • Expand services partner ecosystem as part of service offerings, experienced in partner-delivered or global implementation models. 

Program Design & Execution

  • Oversee presales scoping, onboarding, configuration, advisory, and enablement services.

  • Develop and maintain scalable service packages and pricing models.

  • Align delivery methodology with compliance use cases and key integrations (AWS, Okta, Jira, etc.).

  • Partner with GRC SMEs cross functional to deliver specialized advisory engagements designed for our enterprise customers

  • Continue to upskill PS and relevant CS technical functions by designing ongoing onboarding and training programs partnering with our enablement team. 

Operational Excellence

  • Implement tools and dashboards to track success measurements (see below) and PS activities/milestones. 

  • Create/track success measurements such as:

    • Time to Value (TTV):

    • Services Utilization

    • Project Delivery Success

    • Net Services Margin

    • CSAT During Onboarding

  • Forecast capacity, implement QA standards, and manage partner resources.

  • Partner with our Ops and Data team to optimize processes/execution plans by reviewing various key metrics/historical trends and themes such as adoption, retention and expansion data sets. 

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as an executive escalation point for complex implementation  projects.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on project scoping and handoffs.

  • Advocate on our customers’ behalf by contributing to product/marketing feedback loops and roadmap insights based on real-world usage.

  • Share learnings/insights cross functionally to optimize our internal processes and improve our end to end customer engagement model from presales to post sales. 

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years in SaaS Professional Services or consulting, with 5+ years in leadership.

  • Background in Cyber Security industry including experience in GRC, IAM, IGA, CSPM, SSPM, or similar.

  • Familiarity with audit cycles, especially in regulated industries.

  • Strong knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, SOX, CMMC, HISTRUST, HIPAA, etc.).

  • Experience scaling delivery teams at a high-growth SaaS company (Series B–D or post-IPO).

  • Skilled in customer-facing project delivery, onboarding design, and revenue-attached services.

  • Experience pre-sales scoping, negotiating and writing SOWs, change orders, and with services sales cycles.

  • Executive presence with strong verbal/written communication.

  • Proficiency with GRC, strong security background, and cloud platforms like AWS, Okta, Azure (including EntraID), GCP, Jira, etc.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, variable compensation, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable range of On-Target Earnings (OTE) for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected OTE ranges for this role are set forth below, subject to change. 

Tier 1: $246,000 - $304,000

Tier 2: $221,000 - $274,000

Tier 3: $197,000 - $243,000

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s leveling and compensation–including a candidate’s professional background and experience. These ranges may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
