We are looking for an Experienced Business Development Specialist to take full ownership of generating new client relationships—starting with the Bulgarian market and expanding into other European regions.

This is a senior, entrepreneurial role suited to someone who wants to build their own sales strategy from the ground up—choosing where to focus, which companies to approach, and which events to attend. You will work closely with the company’s leadership and be backed by deep delivery expertise and a solid track record in long-term staff augmentation.

• Is driven by results, motivated by commission, and not reliant on big marketing budgets or support staff to succeed

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently identify, research, and engage with potential clients that need dedicated software development teams

• Build and manage a sustainable outbound pipeline in Bulgaria and across Europe

• Attend and proactively select conferences and industry events to represent the company

• Run effective discovery and sales conversations, guiding prospects through a consultative sales journey

• Work closely with company leadership to refine positioning, feedback on market responses, and evolve go-to-market strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience closing B2B deals involving high-value services or long-term engagements—preferably in IT services, outsourcing, or staff augmentation

• A track record of developing new business independently, not just responding to inbound leads

• Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on building credibility and long-term relationships

• Comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from research to outreach to close

• Fluent in English and Bulgarian
