Drata is seeking an agile, execution-oriented Partner Marketing Manager to lead and scale co-marketing efforts with our global Audit and Channel partners, and to own our Market Development Fund (MDF) program. This is a highly cross-functional role for a savvy partner marketing generalist who thrives in fast-moving environments and is passionate about how organizations grow revenue and expand customer value through partner ecosystems. Experience working with Channel partners—resellers, MSSPs, and compliance-focused service providers—is a strong plus.
As one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the trust management space, Drata is on a remarkable growth trajectory—and we’re just getting started. With a thriving partner ecosystem and increasing global demand, the sky is truly the limit for the impact this role can have.
You’ll work closely with our Principal Partner Marketing Manager and Director of Partner Programs to drive near-term execution and shape our long-term co-marketing strategy. Your focus will be delivering high-impact partner-led and partner-involved campaigns, and collaborating with teams across Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Business Development to embed partners into our global GTM engine.
If you’re energized by partner storytelling, creative campaign execution, and performance-driven collaboration—and you’re comfortable juggling priorities across global stakeholders—this is the role for you.
What you’ll do:
Lead Audit & Channel Co-Marketing: Drive integrated campaigns across Drata’s global network of Audit and Channel partners, including webinars, events, co-branded content, and digital initiatives.
MDF Program Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of Drata’s MDF program—proposal intake, approvals, campaign execution, performance reporting—and maximize ROI through agile, repeatable processes.
Execute Partner-Led Motions: Plan and run partner-led campaigns and activations in coordination with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and BD. You’ll ensure partners are consistently represented in Drata’s field and digital efforts.
Improve Marketing-in-a-Box Assets: Collaborate with the Director of Partner Programs to evolve our campaign-in-a-box motions, and empower partner self-service execution with clear, compelling materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the marketing liaison to BD leads, sales teams, partner managers, and RevOps—driving alignment and visibility across initiatives.
Track & Share Performance: Define success metrics, build performance dashboards, and communicate campaign results across internal and external stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Manage Competing Priorities: Stay organized and focused while leading multiple concurrent programs with global partners and stakeholders. Agility and prioritization are key.
What you'll bring:
4+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or field marketing—ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
Proven track record of executing and optimizing partner-led and partner-supported campaigns.
Strong project management and prioritization skills, with a knack for navigating cross-functional dynamics and stakeholder inputs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to articulate vision, align partners, and present results.
Deep curiosity about partner ecosystems, with bonus points for experience in Channel programs or working with auditors, resellers, MSPs, or compliance-driven service partners.
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Allbound, or similar.
A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative with confidence and accountability.
