In this role you will advance semiconductor innovation through sophisticated microfabrication expertise, designing and executing complex process flows while conducting detailed characterization and analysis that supports Natcast's research initiatives.
Every day you will leverage advanced fabrication techniques, operate specialized equipment, and solve complex technical challenges to support breakthrough semiconductor research and development.

This position plays a crucial role in advancing semiconductor process development. The role requires sophisticated technical expertise combined with practical cleanroom experience to support innovative research initiatives while ensuring robust process execution.
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute complex microfabrication process flows
• Perform advanced characterization and electrical testing
• Conduct root cause analysis and process optimization
• Operate and maintain sophisticated fabrication equipment
• Document detailed process procedures and results
• Support research teams with technical expertise
• Implement process improvements and modifications
• Ensure cleanroom safety and protocol compliance
Required Skills and Experience:
• BS/MS in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Significant university cleanroom experience
• Expertise in photolithography techniques
• Strong background in deposition processes
• Experience with characterization tools
• Knowledge of electrical testing methods
• Ability to work extended periods in cleanroom
• Excellence in technical documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process optimization
