Job Description

The Sales Specialist position is a challenging role that provides a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of our product offerings. This position will be responsible for contacting our senior clients to see if they are interested in learning more about our senior health care offerings. This position is a fast paced role and would be great for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

The essential duties for this role include, but are not limited to: 

  • Connect with and screen consumers interested in learning about and or purchasing Medicare Supplement/Advantage Insurance
  • Execute the transfer of potential clients to a licensed insurance agent 
  • Articulate the benefits of comparison shopping for Medicare Insurance
  • Navigate multiple systems while conducting consumer calls
  • Meet and exceed specific, attainable goals
  • Attend and contribute to meetings and training sessions regularly
  • Predictable and reliable attendance
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • At least 1 year of previous pre-sales or customer experience 
  • Proficient technology skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette 
  • Ability to adapt to new technology, systems, and processes 
  • Comfortable working in a pre-sales environment
