Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government.

Strategic Account Executive

In this role you will drive strategic partnerships with the semiconductor industry's most influential organizations, orchestrating complex, multi-million dollar engagements with Integrated Device Manufacturers, Capital Equipment Manufacturers, and other tier-one semiconductor companies.
Every day you will leverage deep industry expertise to develop and execute sophisticated account-based strategies, managing C-level relationships across the world's leading semiconductor companies while advancing America's semiconductor capabilities.

Responsibilities:
Orchestrate strategic relationships with semiconductor industry leaders
Drive multi-million dollar membership and service agreements
Develop account-based marketing and engagement strategies
Create and deliver sophisticated value propositions
Manage complex stakeholder environments across R&D, manufacturing, and workforce functions
Partner with internal teams to architect tailored solutions
Drive net new, retention, and expansion revenue ($5M-$20M+ opportunities)
Lead executive-level strategic planning sessions
Collaborate with research and technical teams
Required Skills and Experience:
15+ years semiconductor industry experience
Proven track record closing multi-million dollar deals with IDMs and OEMs
Deep relationships within major semiconductor companies
Experience with account-based marketing/sales approaches
Excellence in C-level stakeholder management
Strong technical understanding of semiconductor ecosystem
History of exceeding strategic account revenue targets
Track record of managing complex, multi-year engagements
Executive presence and strategic planning capabilities
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Advanced degree in technical or business field
Experience with industry consortiums
Knowledge of federal research landscape
Background in semiconductor R&D
Understanding of national lab capabilities
International business development expertise
