Their no-code platform powers over 10 million voice calls monthly in more than 30 countries, offering human-like AI voice agents for various business applications.

  • Location: Remote U.S. in the EST timezone

  • ACV: 65k-120k (Mid-Market)

Our client's mission is to transform customer interactions by providing effortless, human-like AI phone calls that enhance engagement, streamline communication, and drive business growth. They aim to help companies stop missing calls and start converting more leads through innovative voice AI technology.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their sales team. This hybrid position in NYC offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge AI and voice technology startup.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new leads through multithreading (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach)

  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas (meetings with decision-makers in a Mid-Market segment)

  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events

  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, manage pipeline, and maintain client information 

  • Collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams to understand client needs 

  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of SaaS sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role

  • Excellent proficiency in multithreading (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach)

  • Sales experience in an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B)

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship

  • Location in the U.S. in the EST timezone (remote)

Interviewing Process

  • Level 1 - 20-min virtual interview with Head of Growth 

  • Level 2 - Case study with AE (Take-home + Feedback) 

  • Level 3 - Virtual interview with the Founder/CEO (Final)

  • Reference and Background Checks: conducted after successful interviews

  • Job Offer: provided to the selected candidate
